How to Order Services
Services can also be ordered or paid for using a credit card or PayPal by navigating to the service and adding the service to your cart. You are welcome to order services through our secure website. How To Order Products
You can order my products and publications by browsing my website products. Orders are processed on a secure server.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on goods and services. If you are unsatisfied with your product orders we are very happy to exchange your products until you are satisfied.
For personal sessions and personal mentor/coaching programs we do not offer refunds once our work together has begun.

Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped USPS. A charge of 12% of your total order will be applied to cover the shipping and the handling.
On International Orders shipping charges will be applied after you place your order. We will ship the most cost effective and reasonable method. If you want to know an estimated shipping charge prior to shipment, please state in the Comments Section: ADVISE PRIOR TO SHIPPING. We are not responsible for any fees charged by a specific country’s Customs Department or Postal Service.
All orders are shipped out once a week, usually on Fridays. If you need your order mailed immediately we offer a Rush Service for an additional $3.00. Please let us know if you would like this service in the comments section of your order form.
