How to Place an Order

- You can order our products, publications or services by browsing our website products. Orders are processed on a secure server.

Returns

- We will issue credit for any items that you find unsatisfactory. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for products or services once purchased. For returns mail to:

Shipping and Handling

- All domestic orders are shipped US Postal Service at a 15% rate
- On International Orders shipping charges will be applied after you place your order. We will ship the most cost effective and reasonable method. If you want to know an estimated shipping charge prior to shipment, please state in the Comments Section: ADVISE PRIOR TO SHIPPING. We are not responsible for any fees charged by a specific country’s Customs Department or Postal Service.
- All orders are shipped out once a week, usually on Fridays. If you need your order mailed immediately we offer a Rush Service for an additional $3.00. Please let us know if you would like this service in the comments section of your order form.
