Flower Essence Instructions for Usage and Application
I thought a little note on flower essence dosage and application might be useful. Here are a few points to consider.
Take four to seven drops under the tongue three times a day. Due to the nature of flower essence vibration, you do not have to take the exact amount. This should be used as a guideline.
