Dreaming the Vision of Love

 A new moon occurs when the Sun and the Moon are at the same degree and located in the same astrological sign in the heavens. It offers unity between the light of the sun and the luminescent glow of the moon and represents a glorious seed of potential.

 This month’s New Moon occurs at the same zodiacal degree as transcendent Neptune, the planet of visions, dreams and sacred compassion. If you haven’t focused on the ethereal beauty of the Soul lately, you most likely will during this lovely conjunction. Neptune begs for clarity, boundaries, and prayers, and if met with a complete surrender to higher understanding, Neptune will heal. Your thinking may feel a little fuzzy in the next few days, but I urge you to allow this energy to flow; Neptune isn’t so much about the head as it is the pure Light of the Heart.

 The New Moon in Pisces is receptive, quiet, compassionate, soothing and watery. Neptune rules Pisces and it’s essence offers a journey into the Source of Divine Guidance. A wondrous truth within is gestating within you now, and during the sweetness of this New Moon, you must listen. The master planet Jupiter will align at 5 degrees of Taurus during the New Moon, creating a sextile between the sun, moon and Neptune. The dynamic of this sextile, which is a 30 degree harmonious aspect, offers stability, goodwill, and expansion to your life as you touch the deep essence of your Inner Self. Therefore, this New Moon generates creative potential for Contemplation.

 Finding time for yourself is accentuated during the New Moon in Pisces due to a Mars retrograde cycle. Mars rules raw energy, action and passion, and during this retrograde cycle we may feel withdrawn, a need for more rest, and careful not to over extend. If you feel melancholic, don't worry. The process of self reflection is sometimes mistaken as depression, however, it is more likely a call to the Soul beckoning the individual to explore beyond the boundaries of denial, self-annihilation, and confusion.
