in heaven's high bower,
With silent delight
Sits and smiles on the night."

Isha’s warm and mesmerizing presence comforts and encourages us to reach our fullest potential. The following is an abbreviated transcript of the podcast. We encourage you to listen as well as read to Isha’s words in the hopes that you will be inspired and uplifted.

The Full Moon Phase

Every 28 ½ days, we enter a full moon phase. Think of it as a full cup or receptacle that has completed itself for that cycle. The fulfillment of one’s life purpose is more prominent and on the hearts and minds of those working toward a particular outcome or goal.

This is a wonderful time to fulfill one’s dreams.

Each full moon is in a particular zodiacal sign and has planetary aspects associated with it and this full moon in the sign of Virgo. Virgo likes to serve, likes details and organization. However, this full moon is conjunct with planet Neptune which brings a little more of a dreamy and intuitive component, creating an interesting dynamic. Our organization and the details we’re working on if used on the highest level can be highlighted and accented with this creative, inspired energy. It is a wonderful time for art, a good time for writers. It’s also a nice time to take a walk in nature and use the refreshing, invigorating energy that nature has to offer to enhance the week ahead. A full moon’s energy lasts about a week. It comes in to its fullest potential and then moves toward the disseminating moon, which is when that which has filled the cup of the full moon is preparing to pour its energy out in to the world. It is a beautiful, week-long process during which we can receive inspiration and energy.

Flower Essences

Flower essences accentuate the affects of the full moon. For instance, Mountain Pride is a flower that grows on a mountain top and it loves to reach its blooming potential at the pinnacle. Mountain Pride helps us to direct our energies, to persevere, to continue to reach the highest point. It is a beautiful essence during a full moon.

Lotus and Cat’s Ear are for those feeling more reflective. They allow us to put our intuitive visions and inner messages in to action. They help us to access the inner vision or inner wisdom we are carrying. Taking Lotus or Cat’s Ear with Mountain Pride or even sunflower allows you to receive the benefits of the inner inspiration and then direct it outward to bring it to action.

During a full moon, the dark night becomes lighter, and so in a sense, we can see in the dark. We can also better see in the crevices of our own dark places or those places within ourselves where treasures are held. We utilize the full moon to illumine, and to illuminate consciousness and make the world conscious. We use the full moon to explore the potentials of self actualization and “How can I fill my highest destiny?”

Flower essences serve as a kind of subliminal medicine.

Isha says, “We all have what I like to call the guard dogs of the soul and they stand guard thinking somehow that they protect us from taking risks or moving in places that we fear but what they don’t understand is that by taking risks or going off the beaten path or moving beyond the status quo, we may experience liberation and freedom we never thought possible.” “And so the flower essences are a vibrational medicine. What I share in my classes is that they are so beautiful and seductive that they put the guard dogs to sleep and seep through and do their work on the other levels of our consciousness that we are not always aware of where we might hold a frozen emotion or frozen fear.” “And so again, during a full moon or heightened period of one’s life, it is a beautiful time to consider putting the guard dogs to sleep a bit and allowing the richness of that illumination to encourage our soul force.”

Isha’s Experience

All of us have comfort zones and then many of us, who are the more sensitive or intuitive or creative, our comfort zone may not fit in with the comfort zone of the status quo, and it takes a bit of risk taking and courage to move outside those lines. Isha says, “ The first essence in my late teens and early twenties that helped so much was a Bach remedy. I began with using the Bach remedies. The essence was Larch. It connects to the solar plexus. That area of our body that is right below the rib cage and right above the belly button. That is the inner area where we hold tightness, especially stage fright or fear of being seen. It is connected to the third chakra which is connected to the color yellow. Think of it as a Golden treasure within.” “When we are out of balance or fearful or unable to become visible with what is true in our life, we tend to shrivel a bit. Larch helps us bring forth our courage and self confidence, to bring that yellow light of wisdom and most importantly, self love, in to the belly, so we can begin to access that which we really do love and that which encourages our true self to come forward and do the work we are here to do in the world.” “Larch was very instrumental and I used it a lot along with Mimulus for fear and essences to help organize thoughts. These were the early essences until new flower essences companies emerged in the mid 70s and onward.” Shooting Star is Isha’s Favorite flower essence. Shooting Star is like a little comet coming down from outer space and points toward the earth. It’s like our own little star mission bringing our own unique qualities and gifts to the world and it helps us to begin to feel confident that there is a place for those in the world.

Shooting Star we need on a personal level as well as the buttercup, or the sweet pea, and the baby blue eyes. These are very dear and tender essences that help us to find the courage that balances and brings us in to our body. The embodiment principle is so important.

Silversword helps us to spiral toward our higher purpose once we’ve grounded the confidence within our own life or body to move forward. Silversword is one of the signature flowers in the Power of Flowers Healing Essences. Isha says, “It is an extraordinary essence that I truly believe is a galactic gift from the higher world to us as a humanity to find that higher knowledge beyond the seventh chakra; antennae that connect us to the mastery that we might yearn for in this lifetime.”
